Thank you and congratulations to the students for a repectful and successful lock-in. I was extremely pleased with all behaviors. I also want to thank you for bringing your child and picking your child up on time. It showed tremendous consideration. Thanks!

Please remember tomorrow is a half day of school for the students. We dismiss at noon. Lunch is NOT being served.

Friday is our next visit to Sunset Home. We will be celebrating HAT DAY with the home. Please help your child locate a favorite, fun, or unique hat to wear on this outting.

Keep watching for PINK notes coming home. D’s and F’s are sent on Friday accompanied with the infamous PINK paper. Please sign and return.

Finally, report card envelopes ned to be returned as soon as possible.

Remember to contact me with any questions you may have.

Oops! One more topic. I have a growing concern about attendance. Remember that each day you child misses is missed instruction, practice, and discussion. I can supply homework and assignments, but I cannot repeat the instruction.

January 9

Please remember that lock-in forms need to be submitted by THURSDAY of this week. The lock-in is Friday. Also please send book orders by Friday so that I may get those mailed.

A concern!!!!We have begun a new semester and some students have chosen to get off to a poor start. Late and incomplete is not acceptable. The grades suffer greatly when students choose not to be responsible. Some students will see the results of those poor decisions on this quarter’s report card. Pink notices are still being sent home. I will continue to do my part, but I also need your child to make an effort in his education as well.

We go to Sunset Home next Friday and will celebrate HAT DAY at the home. Have your child start looking for an appropriate hat to wear that afternoon.

Thank you Mrs. H.

New quarter started today. Grade cards come home January 13. :)

Have a great day. Mrs. H.
